Hi, I’m Maggie, a structure loving, chaos taming, Virtual Assistant with a passion for turning vision into reality, and overwhelm into calm.

I specialise in supporting neurodiverse business owners who think differently, feel deeply, and dream big, but need a little help turning that brilliance into manageable, meaningful action. Whether it is breaking down complex tasks, creating custom systems that actually work for your brain, or simply being a steady, judgment-free presence in your business, I am here to support you in the way you work best.

With over 15 years of experience in the VA industry, I have worked across Finance, Technology, and Research, as well as supporting creative entrepreneurs like coaches, writers, artists, and presenters. I bring together the best of both worlds: corporate-level professionalism with flexible, creative thinking.  I hold a BA (Hons) degree in English and Education and completed the VA Mastery course back in 2007. To keep my skills sharp and relevant, I recently graduated from the VA Roadmap course in 2025. 

My insight and extensive experience comes from not only working with neurodiverse clients, but also being the proud mum to a neurodiverse son, and wife to a neurodiverse husband. My journey through the education system, securing an EHCP, and a place at a SEN school, has deepened not only my understanding of neurodiversity but also my ability to navigate systems and advocate effectively. This lived experience gives me a unique edge in supporting not just neurodiverse clients, but also the organisations that serve them.

20 hour retainer charged monthly, in advance. Minimum 3 month commitment.
